Well I am double dipping on this entry. I finished this LO for the Layout A Day challenge that I am trying in February. This is a picture of Brenna and her best friend, Liz, the night before we moved from MD to MA. It was truly heartbreaking to have separate the girls! But here we are 2 1/2 years later and they are still the "bestest" of friends!

I always seem to forget to include the dogs when I am snapping away with my camera. I need to remember that they are important members of our family too! At 12 and 13 years old, it is hard to recall a time before we had them. And we love them so!

As part of my goals for this year I am once again trying to be better about trying new recipes. The kids were actually excited about this one, Chicken and Ricotta Purses. As it turns out, it was quite a bit of work, I trashed the kitchen, and the kids did not want to eat them! Oh well, better luck next time!
