As part of my goals for this year I am once again trying to be better about trying new recipes. The kids were actually excited about this one, Chicken and Ricotta Purses. As it turns out, it was quite a bit of work, I trashed the kitchen, and the kids did not want to eat them! Oh well, better luck next time!
